Run like a girl and my 10K running schedule!!

To keep myself honest and on track, I am posting my training schedule.  Barring any injuries, I am training BALLZ On style.  My goal is to complete the 10K in early October and then start training for a 1/2 or full marathon in early 2014.  Here is my schedule:
