I also completed Day 2 of Insanity with Allison. This shit just got real. While I did OK with most of the moves, I cannot get down the darn 3 step Heisman
As for my eating and drinking, here goes:
6:30 - Catalyst and my FIBER DRINK - it was another citrus flavor and I gagged it down
7:00 - Grape Spark in a 34 oz water bottle. The grape is my favorite so far.
8:30 - 2 hard boiled eggs
10:00 - 34 oz of water, a banana and some almonds (I was hungry)
11:00 - Catalyst and water refill (34 oz)
12:00 - Leftover clean Fajitas from last night
2:00 - Grape Spark in 34 oz of water and an apple
5:30 - Glass of water and the Omega Pills (2 of them)
INSANITY DAY 2 (40 minutes - Cardio Plyometrics)
6:45 - Dinner: Lean burger, cauliflower and quinoa
8:00 - Strawberries and Herbal Cleanse Pills

My biggest win from today: NO POP OR COFFEE. I cannot imagine the amount of money I will be saving?
